Media Voice is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Finance Officer to monitor transactions, prepare budgets and create financial reports.
Responsibilities:
Help establish, develop and maintain the company’s accounting policies and procedures
Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions
Manage the monthly close process (journals, reconciliations, revenue recognition)
Prepare and oversee project budgets, petty cash, advances and settlements
Maintain and tally the ledgers
Prepare statements, balance sheets and invoices
Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
Able to make graphs, charts, presentations and reports showing the revenue, cost, expense etc
Update internal systems with financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Requirements:
Must be a pro in Excel or Google sheets
Must have knowledge of Quickbooks.
At least have 1-2 years of experience in this same field.
Must be a graduate or have ACCA
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
