We are seeking a skilled Medical Biller with extensive experience in medical billing and coding to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and uphold a high standard of professionalism in all responsibilities. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage billing workflows efficiently to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement from insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize CPT and ICD-10 coding systems to accurately process medical claims.
- Manage claims appeals and resolutions to effectively address denied or disputed claims.
- Post charges and complete claims submissions to the appropriate insurance carriers.
- Analyze denied claims, identify billing errors, and implement corrective measures to resolve issues.
- Monitor aging reports to ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims, minimize future denials, and secure accurate payments.
- Escalate unresolved billing issues to management when necessary.
- Conduct insurance re-verification using various tools and initiate billing for new payers or reprocess claims as required.
- Handle patient billing in cases where insurance claims cannot be processed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical billing and coding, with proficiency in CPT and ICD-10 coding systems.
- Strong understanding of claims appeal procedures and resolution strategies.
- Ability to accurately post charges and complete claims submissions.
- Skilled in analyzing denied claims and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- High level of professionalism and strong attention to detail.
Job Details

- Salary Range: Rs70,000 to Rs1,000,000 per month
