We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Medical Billing Manager to join our healthcare operations team at our Islamabad office. This full-time, onsite role requires working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in medical billing leadership, coupled with excellent operational and client management skills, to effectively drive the performance and growth of our billing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire medical billing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
- Lead and manage the billing team to meet performance goals and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct professional client communications, including making calls, scheduling appointments, and successfully closing leads.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support sustained business growth.
- Monitor and optimize revenue cycle management to improve financial outcomes.
- Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Make informed decisions and promptly resolve issues to maintain smooth workflow and departmental success.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of direct experience in the medical billing industry.
- Proven expertise in managing comprehensive medical billing operations.
- Strong leadership and managerial capabilities with a focus on operational excellence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development.
- Deep understanding of revenue cycle management, compliance requirements, and performance optimization.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs130,000 to Rs150,000, based on experience and performance.
