Under the close supervision of family medicine faculty, the role involves providing comprehensive patient care and management. The incumbent will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure timely and appropriate medical interventions. This position requires effective communication within the healthcare team to facilitate efficient patient management and support. Accurate documentation of patient medical information is essential, ensuring clarity and completeness. The role also includes ensuring smooth patient handover during referrals while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor in all patient interactions. Adherence to institutional dress code and the ability to perform additional clinical duties as assigned are also expected.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide patient care and management under the close supervision of family medicine faculty.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to deliver appropriate and timely medical care.
- Support team members medically to enable prompt patient management.
- Document patient medical information clearly and comprehensively.
- Ensure proper handover and receiving of patients during referrals.
- Maintain a professional and polite doctor-patient relationship throughout all patient encounters.
- Adhere to the institutional dress code policy at all times.
- Perform any other clinical responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications

- Medical degree with relevant clinical training.
- Experience or training in family medicine or a related clinical field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to document patient information accurately and comprehensively.
- Commitment to maintaining professionalism and patient confidentiality.
- Willingness to adhere to institutional policies, including dress code and conduct standards.
