This role involves providing timely and effective emergency care to patients by conducting thorough primary and secondary assessments and delivering immediate management in critical situations. The candidate will work within the framework of Indus Hospital’s A&E department protocols, ensuring adherence to clinical standard operating procedures (SOPs) for patient care and medication administration. Accurate documentation and professional handling of patient information are essential, alongside maintaining a respectful and empathetic approach toward patients throughout each shift. The position requires strict compliance with hospital policies, including dress code and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely primary and secondary assessments for emergency patients, ensuring appropriate and immediate management of critical cases.
- Implement Indus Hospital A&E department SOPs related to patient care, drug administration, and procedural skills.
- Ensure all work procedures and technical specifications comply with hospital clinical SOPs.
- Provide medical support to facilitate rapid and effective patient management.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient medical information.
- Ensure proper patient care and handling at the conclusion of each shift.
- Uphold a professional and courteous doctor–patient relationship to fully understand and address patient concerns.
- Adhere to the hospital’s dress code and other human resource policies at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Relevant medical qualifications and certifications to work in an emergency department setting.
- Proven experience in emergency patient assessment and management.
- Familiarity with clinical SOPs and hospital protocols, particularly in emergency care and drug administration.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
