Position Title: Medical Officer

Qualification: MBBS or equivalent with valid PMDC registration
Experience: Fresh graduates to 3 years
Salary Structure: Market‑competitive salary with travel allowance as per need basis
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Services
Provide outpatient consultations, diagnostics, treatment, and referrals in line with national guidelines, including management of communicable and non‑communicable diseases. Ensure quality maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) services and immunizations per EPI standards, and offer basic emergency care and first aid
2. Provision of Medicines & Supplies
Prescribe and dispense available medicines free of charge to eligible patients, oversee stock records and distribution with timely reporting of shortages for replenishment, and educate patients on safe medicine use and adherence.
3. Health Education & Preventive Care
Conduct awareness sessions on nutrition, hygiene, breastfeeding, family planning, and disease prevention; promote MNCH and immunization awareness to encourage healthy lifestyle practices; and support nutrition screening, growth monitoring, and related interventions.
4. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of consultations, immunizations, and other services using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; prepare and submit routine reports across OPD, MNCH, EPI, and pharmacy; and contribute to monitoring and evaluation of overall program performance.
5. Community Engagement & Outreach
Lead advocacy and demand‑generation activities to improve healthcare‑seeking behavior, collaborate with community leaders and outreach networks to reach zero‑dose and under‑immunized children, and strengthen referral pathways to higher‑level facilities for complex cases.
6. Team Coordination & Logistics
Supervise HF staff including vaccinators, paramedics, and support staff; ensure availability of medicines, vaccines, cold chain equipment, and IEC materials; and coordinate with district health authorities, EPI teams, and stakeholders for effective service delivery
