Within this development, Royal Smart City Hospital serves as a state-of-the-art healthcare facility dedicated to delivering quality, accessible, and patient-centered medical services to residents and the surrounding community.

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Medical Officer to join our healthcare team at Royal Smart City Hospital. This full-time, on-site position based in Rawalpindi requires a compassionate professional committed to providing comprehensive medical care and supporting the hospital’s mission of excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide thorough clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients presenting with common and emergency medical conditions.
- Conduct patient consultations and maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Prescribe medications appropriately and coordinate referrals to specialist physicians when necessary.
- Oversee basic clinical procedures and ensure adherence to established protocols.
- Support and participate in health education initiatives and preventive healthcare programs aimed at improving community health outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of patient care and ensure compliance with relevant health regulations.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution with a minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience.
- Proven patient care skills, including compassionate interaction, thorough clinical assessment, and effective follow-up management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare staff to promote coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Strong communication, documentation, and decision-making abilities, capable of functioning efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in training healthcare staff or active participation in health awareness and education programs is considered an advantage.
