Medical Representative (Sales) - Pharmaceutical Company

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Representative to join our team in the Sheikhupura region. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. This role requires building strong professional relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding our market presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote company products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Provide accurate product information and address any queries effectively.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Submit daily call reports and sales reports punctually.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability within the territory.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Residency in Sheikhupura or nearby areas is essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market, including doctors and chemists.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.
- Own a motorbike with a valid driving license is preferred.
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree; a B.Pharm or science background is considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Basic salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month, depending on experience and performance during the interview process.
