Medical Scribe

CareHub Health is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Medical Scribes in Karachi, Pakistan. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately document patient visits and clinical information in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Listen attentively to healthcare providers during patient consultations to capture relevant medical details.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation tasks.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure completeness and clarity of patient records.
- Learn and apply medical terminology relevant to various clinical settings.
- Adapt to night shift work schedule and maintain productivity during these hours.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work comfortably during night shifts.
- Strong listening, typing, and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
- Willingness and ability to learn medical terminology and use electronic health record systems effectively.
- Medical or dental graduates (MBBS, BDS, or equivalent) are strongly encouraged to apply.
