We are seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technologist with a strong academic background and practical experience in diagnostic laboratories. The ideal candidate will have completed a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution and possess a minimum of three years of relevant work experience. Experience in a JCIA or CAP accredited laboratory is highly desirable, reflecting a commitment to quality and international standards. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and oversee routine and specialized laboratory tests with accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
- Ensure compliance with quality control and quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of laboratory operations.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to guarantee reliable test results.
- Document and report findings promptly and accurately, supporting clinical decision-making.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret laboratory data and contribute to patient care.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience working in a JCIA or CAP accredited laboratory is considered an advantage.
