Responsibilities:
- Assist seniors in understanding & implementing policies and procedures of HR.
- Developing HR planning strategies considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
- Assist in screening applications received through advertisement, announcements, referrals, and walk-in candidates & forward the same to the concerned department heads as and when required.
- End to end processing of company payrolls (monthly).
- Maintenance of payroll system and leave planning system.
- Updating and maintaining payroll records.
