Medicare Self Closers

We are seeking experienced and high-performing Medicare Self-Closers to join our team for the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). In this role, you will manage live inbound and outbound calls, effectively pitching, qualifying, and closing Medicare-related sales. This position requires a strong sales mindset, fluency in American English, and a proven ability to close US healthcare calls. The role is full-time and operates on a night shift schedule, with work conducted in person at our Rawalpindi location.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle live inbound and outbound calls related to Medicare during the Annual Enrollment Period.
- Pitch Medicare plans to prospective clients, ensuring clear communication of benefits and coverage options.
- Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and eligibility.
- Close sales effectively, meeting or exceeding daily and weekly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in closing US healthcare calls, specifically Medicare sales.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Fluent American English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced call center environment.
- Comfortable working on-site at the Rawalpindi office.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in a call center environment handling Medicare or healthcare-related products is highly desirable.
- Competitive compensation package including a base salary plus uncapped daily and weekly performance bonuses.
- Monthly pay range from Rs50,000 to Rs200,000, reflecting performance and sales achievements.
