Medicare Supervisor — Live Transfers

PiRails is seeking an experienced Medicare Supervisor to lead and manage our US Medicare live-transfer campaigns. This full-time, on-site role requires working night shifts in Lahore. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience supervising Medicare campaigns, with strong skills in managing call-floor operations, supporting agents in real-time, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position demands a hands-on leader who can maintain quality, drive performance, and foster a motivated team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of US Medicare live-transfer campaigns, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting performance targets.
- Manage floor performance, monitor agent productivity, and track campaign KPIs in real time.
- Conduct live call monitoring and provide immediate coaching and feedback to agents to improve outcomes.
- Assist agents with objection handling and managing difficult customer interactions effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to TCPA regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Verify that leads and beneficiaries meet all qualification criteria before processing.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective measures promptly.
- Maintain consistent quality standards across all campaign activities.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports and operational updates to senior management.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the campaign team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of proven experience supervising US Medicare live-transfer campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare campaign operations and beneficiary qualification requirements.
- Working understanding of TCPA guidelines and telemarketing compliance standards.
- Excellent floor control and team management capabilities.
- Skilled in objection handling and problem-solving during live calls.
- Experience in real-time call monitoring and quality assurance processes.
- Proficient in spoken English with professional communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and sound decision-making skills.
- Availability and willingness to work night shifts on-site in Lahore.
