Medicare Supervisor — Live Transfers

PiRails is seeking an experienced Medicare Supervisor to lead and manage our US Medicare live-transfer campaigns. This full-time, on-site position requires working night shifts in Lahore. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience supervising Medicare campaigns, with a strong focus on call-floor performance, real-time agent support, and maintaining compliance with TCPA and internal quality standards. This role demands hands-on leadership to drive team productivity, ensure proper handling of leads and beneficiaries, and uphold campaign KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of US Medicare live-transfer campaigns to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of targets.
- Manage floor performance by monitoring agent productivity and campaign KPIs in real time.
- Conduct live call monitoring and provide immediate coaching and feedback to agents to improve performance.
- Assist agents with objection handling and managing difficult customer interactions effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to TCPA regulations and internal compliance protocols.
- Verify that leads and beneficiaries meet the required qualification criteria before processing.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective measures to enhance team effectiveness.
- Maintain consistent quality standards across all campaign activities.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports and operational updates to senior management.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to meet and exceed performance goals.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience supervising US Medicare live-transfer campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare campaign operations and beneficiary qualification requirements.
- Working understanding of TCPA guidelines and telemarketing compliance standards.
- Strong skills in floor control, team management, and real-time call monitoring.
- Excellent objection-handling and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in spoken English with professional communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and sound decision-making abilities.
- Willingness and availability to work night shifts on-site in Lahore.
