Medicare Verifier

We are seeking motivated and experienced call center professionals fluent in English with strong selling skills and a positive, can-do attitude to join our team as Verifiers in the Sales Verification department. This is an in-person position based in I-8 Markaz, Islamabad. As a Verifier, you will play a crucial role in closing sales calls with pre-qualified customers over the phone and transferring prospects efficiently. You will receive comprehensive training, support, and resources to help you excel in this role. Success in this position requires professionalism, discipline, and the ability to apply your previous call center experience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally close sales calls with pre-qualified customers and transfer calls as needed.
- Handle sales and escalation calls originating from customer support and outbound telesales agents.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and self-motivation to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and conversation-building skills.
- Uphold a target-oriented mindset and consistently strive to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Work full-time during USA business hours, specifically night shifts from 6 PM to 4 AM.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a verifier on relevant campaigns or projects.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and hardworking with a commitment to punctuality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, develop professionally, and maintain high standards of performance.
- Availability to work full-time night shifts aligned with USA business hours.
