We are currently seeking talented and experienced call center agents to join our Sales Verification department as Verifiers. This role is based in I-8 Markaz, Islamabad, and requires fluency in English, excellent selling skills, strong conversational abilities, and a positive, can-do attitude. As a Verifier, you will be responsible for professionally closing sales calls with pre-qualified customers over the phone and transferring the prospect’s call as needed. You will receive comprehensive training, support, and resources to help you excel in this role. Success depends on your professionalism, discipline, and ability to apply your prior call center experience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally close sales calls of pre-qualified customers and transfer calls appropriately.
- Handle sales and escalation calls received from customer support and sales agents within the outbound telesales department.
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills to build rapport and effectively engage customers.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and self-motivation to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Work full-time during USA business hours, specifically night shifts from 6 PM to 4 AM.
- Continuously learn, develop, and strive to meet the highest performance standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a verifier on campaigns or projects.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and selling skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and hardworking with a strong commitment to punctuality.
- Availability to work full-time night shifts aligned with USA business hours.

Salary Range: PKR 80,000 to PKR 100,000 per month
