Job Role: Data Entry Operator
Location: Parkland City Centre I-8, Islamabad
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Collecting, sorting and organizing documents and information for data entry.
- Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, and correct any incompatibilities.
- Verifies the credibility of data by comparing it to source documents
- Perform regular backups to ensure data conservation.
- Retrieves data as requested.
- Transfers data from paper formats into computer files.
- Responds to requests to generate and export data reports, spreadsheets and documents.
- Confidential customer information must be maintained.
- Able to use basic office equipment (fax machines, photocopy etc.)
- Accomplishes additional assigned tasks if given.
REQUIREMENTS:
Eligibility criteria:
- Minimum qualification should be a bachelor’s degree in any subject.
- 1 to 2 years of experience.
Other Requirements:
- Experience with MS Office and data programs.
- Experience with using office equipment like scanners etc.
- Typing speed (30 WPM) and accuracy.
- Must be focused and have good administrative skills.
- English grammar must be good.
