- Responsible for all inbound sales and tier-one technical support enquiries
- Support business development managers by managing sales based interactions with customers and following up on new identified opportunities
- Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
- Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
- Diagnose breakdown problems, fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly
- Carry out quality inspections on jobs
- Liaise with Govt & Private departments, customers
- Monitor and control maintenance costs
- Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
- Ensure there is continuous backup cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers
- Daily instrument maintenance and quality control
- Sample testing
- Collection and interpretation of data
- Maintenance of accurate records and reporting of data
- Knowledge of critical values of related Laboratory Tests
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
