Computer Operator

Meezan Trading Company is seeking a diligent Computer Operator with at least 2 years of experience to efficiently manage computer operations and related tasks in our store environment. The ideal candidate holds an Intermediate or Graduation qualification and demonstrates strong proficiency in data entry, file management, and print management, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

1.    Posting all kind of vendor purchases into the software.
2.    Prepare delivery Challan as per sale order
3.     Prepare Stock Transfer Note as per demand in the software.
4.     Responsible for organized inventory management and optimize storage space for efficient inventory.
5.    Maintain min & max stock level of all stores.
6.    Daily physical stock taking of all stores as per time period.
7.    Responsible for all kind of vendor purchase (ordering & follow up) and their payments.
8.    Update all kind of reports regarding stock email it before 5 PM daily.
9.    Any other duty assigned by the management.
