We need candidates for the position of Call Center Agent - Truck Dispatching for our US Based Logistics Company. We are looking for candidates who have excellent English speaking and writing skills and would prefer prior experience working in Logistics firms as sales agents.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer experience based on the ability to generate sales while keeping an up to date document in the system.
2. Address problems and requests by providing solutions while applying knowledge of company products/services to efficiently process customer information, and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.
3. Assist with other team members' dispatch-related queries/ calls.
Requirements:
1. Fluent USA English (Oral and Verbal)
2. Basic knowledge of computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
3. Preference will be given to experienced candidates.
Basic Salary: 25,000/- to 80,000/- (depending upon your interview)
Plus Commission will be offered to the right candidates as per their skills and expertise.
Working Timings: 5 PM to 2 AM (Monday to Friday)
