Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a retail environment to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. The Salesman will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive knowledgeable assistance related to our diverse product offerings, including plywood and various hardware items. The role includes maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems, following up on sales leads, and contributing to store merchandising strategies. Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally in the plywood and hardware store.
