Lead the complete planning and development cycle of the housing project from master planning to final execution.
Prepare, revise, and get approval of the master plan, layout plans (LOP), and subdivision plans from relevant authorities (Tehsil Municipal Administration, PHA, PDA, District Council, etc.).
Coordinate with town planners, architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and infrastructure designers for timely delivery of drawings and designs.
Oversee all infrastructure works including roads, water supply, sewerage system, drainage, electrification, sui gas, street lights, parks, and boundary wall.
Prepare and manage development budget, cash flows, and cost controls.
Liaise with government departments for NOC(s), land-use conversion, environmental approvals, and final project approval.
Manage contractors, consultants, and in-house teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Monitor progress through detailed project schedules, resolve bottlenecks, and report directly to the CEO/Board.
Ensure compliance with all local laws, building by-laws, and environmental regulations.
Introduce modern and sustainable development practices (rainwater harvesting, solar energy, green spaces, etc.).
Prepare tender documents, BOQs, and evaluate bids for awarding contracts.
Conduct regular site visits and quality assurance inspections.
