• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new sales opportunities and actively pursue leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand the client base.
  • Product Knowledge & Consultation: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our furniture collections, providing expert advice and personalized recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct compelling sales presentations, both in-store and at client locations (if applicable), to showcase the quality, design, and benefits of our products. Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals successfully.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market demands to effectively position our products and services.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and targets met. Report sales performance to management on a regular basis.
  • Showroom & Store Presence: Assist in maintaining the showroom’s appearance, keeping displays organized, and ensuring that products are showcased effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that customers’ needs are met and to provide feedback on client preferences and product trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture or home decor.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of furniture products, materials, and design trends is highly desirable.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a furniture retail or interior design environment is a plus.
  • A background in design or home decor is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CAD software or furniture planning tools is a plus.
