  4. Risk Management:

    • Identify and address potential risks to the property, such as security issues, safety concerns, or environmental hazards.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
  5. Marketing and Advertising:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
    • Work with advertising platforms to promote available properties and increase occupancy rates.
  6. Legal Compliance:

    • Stay informed about relevant real estate laws and regulations.
    • Ensure that property operations comply with legal requirements, such as fair housing laws and building codes.
  7. Vendor and Contractor Management:
