This full-time, on-site role in Lahore supports the planning and execution of various branding and fit-out projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with team leads to coordinate retail branding setups, gondola fabrication schedules, exhibition stand builds, and shop interior installations. Daily responsibilities include assisting with project documentation, liaising with suppliers, supporting on-site implementation, and ensuring all work meets client specifications and deadlines. The role also requires maintaining organized records, adhering to safety and quality standards, and fostering a positive, solutions-oriented team environment throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating retail branding setups, gondola fabrication, exhibition stand construction, and shop interior fit-outs.
- Support project documentation and maintain accurate records to track progress and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in on-site activities, ensuring work aligns with client requirements and quality standards.
- Uphold safety protocols and quality control throughout all stages of fabrication and installation.
- Contribute to a collaborative and proactive team atmosphere during project delivery.

Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of retail environments, exhibitions, and commercial interiors to support branding and fit-out projects.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to assist with scheduling, documentation, and on-site workflows.
- Effective communication skills for professional interaction with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety standards during fabrication and installation.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lahore, including occasional extended hours during project execution.
- Proficiency in common office tools such as email, spreadsheets, and messaging applications to aid project tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team, adapt quickly, and respond to changing project needs.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
