Job Duties:

Assisting in handling recruitment processes. Job posting through job portals and coordination with various universities placement offices.
Short listing of job applicants and interview scheduling.
Assisting in onboarding of new joiners/interns.
Assisting in exit process.
Data entry and maintaining of all necessary employee records/files.
Issuance of necessary letters (joining, offer, confirmation etc.)
Employee medical/health insurance claims handling.
Coordination with vendors on day-to-day basis.
