In this role, the Corporate Sales Executive – is responsible for acquiring, contracting, and managing high-value corporate travel accounts. This role plays a key part in driving incremental corporate revenue, maximising sales penetration, enhancing client retention, and ensuring seamless service delivery for corporate clients.
Key Accountabilities:
- Meet and exceed challenging monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (revenue, volume, and new account acquisition).
- Identify, target, and onboard high-potential corporate clients e.g., Embassies/consulates, INGO’s, FMCG’s and multi-national companies.
- Develop tailored proposals on routes and pricing models to meet the travel needs of large-scale organizations
- Lead the end-to-end corporate contracting process – from proposal to negotiation to agreement signing, focusing on maximizing profitability and value for the airline while delivering tailored client solutions.
- Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned corporate accounts.
- Maintain regular engagement with travel managers, procurement heads, HR teams, and admin departments of partner corporates.
- Ensure effective communication of fare deals, route changes, policies, and loyalty benefits.
- Monitor travel volumes, revenue performance, and contract compliance of signed accounts.
- Provide quarterly and annual performance reports to clients with insights and recommendations.
- Proactively monitor competitors' offerings and market trends to identify new selling opportunities and provide strategic input to the management team.
- Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, ticketing, operations) to ensure smooth service experience for corporate travellers.
- Troubleshot escalated issues quickly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction.
- Support corporate clients with group bookings, VIP travel, and urgent ticketing requests.
- Stay updated on industry trends, corporate travel policies, and competitors’ offerings.
- Provide market feedback for pricing and revenue teams for improvement in fare products and corporate propositions.
- Identify opportunities for product bundling, co-branded marketing, or loyalty partnerships
Knowledge /Skills
- Strong understanding of corporate travel dynamics and account servicing.
- Consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with capability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and corporate reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) or other airline reservation systems is highly desirable.

Additional Requirement
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new travel industry systems and technologies.
- A passion for travel and excellent knowledge of Pakistan and the broader region (a plus)
- Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients and attend industry events
