Job Purpose:
The position of cargo Manager will be responsible for the smooth operation of Export and Import Cargo Section.
Main Accountabilities and Duties:
- Ensure to maintain the record Data analysis, Gap analysis, effective use of resources, and future planning of manpower and equipment.
- Ensure that personnel working under command are fully compliant to the company’s and client airlines rules, regulations, and local legislations.
- Ensure compliance on service level agreements.
- Monitor the staff punctuality, attendance, and all other administrative issues
- Deal with discipline problems of Cargo Department.
- Will be responsible to pass instruction as and when required.
- Liaise with Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority, Airport Security Force, Pakistan Customs and Anti-Narcotics Force regarding changes in policies or new instructions and maintain good relations with all regulatory bodies.
- Ensure to conduct monthly meetings with client airlines to maintain healthy environment and keep updated.
- Ensure that all staffs are updated and compliant to the LOPs, Circulars, ERP Guidance and MCHM.
- Keep update station head for the requirement and problems of Department.
- Will be responsible for Audits, findings, and Corrective/Preventive Actions.
- Promote and drive Menzies Aviation safety culture in line with company standards.
- Ensure equipment, facility and offices are always maintained.
- Deputed staff for office administration and compliance/audit documentation.
- Prepare Risk assessment and ERP teams.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 03 years management experience in cargo.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of management.
- Internally and externally, whilst leading and motivating a growing workforce.
- Experience of managing a large team with excellent leadership skills.
- You must be self-motivated, and performance driven.
- You will have the ability to work under pressure and remain calm and professional.
- Inspire a team orientated working environment.
