- Support the Operation Management in overseeing the development, implementation and embedding of operational systems to ensure they are utilized correctly and 100% aligned with operational activities.
- Assist operations management in analyzing and planning to maximize revenue and operational efficiency and minimize cost.
- Assist Operations Management in the preparation and follow-up of the budget.
- Support the Operations Management in monitoring the station performance and plan random inspections of all stations on a regular basis.
- Being jointly accountable with operation management of PEW, LYP, UET and MUX, at the highest level, for financial performance of the operation, as well as compliance with all policies, procedures, regulations, and manuals.
- Ensuring safe and secure operations, in accordance with the highest possible standards of health, safety, security and statutory requirements.
- Act as the Key Account Manager for our key airline clients, through regular exchange meetings with airline representatives and the stations, structured and documented follow-up of complaints and actions, and the promotion of Menzies-RAS interests.
- Creating and delivering plans to derive performance and service improvement in the station under your responsibility, through:
- Process standardization and control.
- Develop and implement business documentation.
- Accurate reporting of business metrics and measures.
- Adoption of tools and systems to derive consistency of operations and effective business controls.
- Leading the Implementation and adoption of processes tools, and reporting that ensures coherent and consistent management throughout business units.
- Leading the adoption and best practice and reporting to ensure a safe working environment for both our staff and our customers.
- Leading the development of” people” capability amongst the Pakistan team to ensure both service excellence and resilience.
