Will work under the guidance and supervision of the Ticketing Manager/Supervisor of stations.
Handle day to day assignments related to reservation & ticketing.
Develop good relations with colleagues, passengers, and travel agents.
Keep all correspondence/business matters related to our business strictly confidential.
Preparation of itinerary, fare calculation according to the rules.
Be aware of latest rules and instructions issued by various airlines from time to time.
Should be well conversant with policies of the government for passengers traveling by air.
Promote our sales with efforts and conduct.
Perform any other official task assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
