MEP Construction Estimator | Electrical & HVAC

We are seeking experienced MEP Estimators to join our team on a remote, project-based basis. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in electrical and HVAC quantity takeoffs, with the ability to accurately prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and provide detailed cost estimations. This role requires proficiency in reading construction drawings and familiarity with estimating software to support project planning and budgeting effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for electrical and HVAC systems.
- Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and accurate cost estimates.
- Analyze construction drawings to extract relevant information for estimation purposes.
- Utilize estimating software to streamline and enhance the accuracy of cost calculations.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements and timelines.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in electrical and HVAC quantity takeoffs.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Experience in preparing BOQs and cost estimation for MEP projects.
- Proficiency with industry-standard estimating software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
