MEP Draftsman

We are looking for highly skilled MEP AutoCAD experts to join our team for an exciting project involving the design of high-rise buildings and villas based in the UAE. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in producing mixed MEP shop drawings and a strong background working on large-scale residential and commercial developments. Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD 2D with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Prepare and coordinate designs for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with UAE MEP standards and Dubai municipality codes throughout the design process.
- Collaborate closely with structural and architectural teams to achieve multi-service coordination and resolve design conflicts.
- Manage and deliver high-quality drawings for high-rise buildings and villa projects, maintaining consistency and adherence to project specifications.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, demonstrating the ability to produce precise and timely drawings.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and electrical system design principles.
- Strong understanding of UAE-specific MEP regulations and Dubai municipality codes.
- Proven experience in multi-disciplinary coordination involving MEP, structural, and architectural elements.
- A solid portfolio showcasing work on high-rise buildings or large villa developments.
- Minimum experience levels depending on the role:
- Expert MEP Draftsman: 20+ years
- Senior MEP Draftsman: 15+ years
- MEP Draftsmen: 5+ years (2 positions available)

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
Candidates with a demonstrated ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and maintain high accuracy will be highly valued. This role excludes professionals from civil, structural, or oil and gas drafting backgrounds, as well as site technicians or supervisors, as the focus is strictly on MEP drafting expertise.
