MEP Supervisor – Civil Works

MSD Tire & Rubber Company Limited, located in Lahore, Pakistan, is looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor with a strong background in civil works to join their Engineering/Projects department on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil activities at project sites. This role demands effective supervision of site operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, strict adherence to technical specifications, and smooth coordination with contractors and project management teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Manage civil works including masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and minor construction tasks.
- Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, technicians, engineers, and project management staff.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion in line with approved schedules and technical requirements.
- Inspect materials, workmanship, and installations to maintain quality standards.
- Enforce compliance with workplace safety protocols and site regulations.
- Identify technical issues, report discrepancies, and facilitate prompt corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate daily progress reports, material records, and other essential site documentation.
- Monitor material usage to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience supervising MEP activities alongside civil works on project sites.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and site execution processes.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage contractors, technicians, and daily site operations.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs150,000. The role is based on-site in Lahore, requiring the candidate’s full-time presence.
