Responsibilities

Edit high-quality videos for real estate listings, YouTube content, and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok using professional software including Adobe Premiere Pro and Filmora.
Incorporate titles, transitions, subtitles, background music, and professional visual effects to enhance video engagement and viewer experience.
Manage video projects from concept to final output ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards.
Demonstrate full proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare, format, and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations critical to estate operations and marketing.
Perform accurate and efficient data entry and maintain organized office documentation to support administrative functions.
Apply strong computer literacy for file management, internet research, and basic troubleshooting to ensure smooth workflow and technical reliability.
Collaborate independently with team members and communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and align video production with marketing objectives.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and responsibility to consistently meet project deadlines and company expectations.
Continuously update video editing skills and MS Office knowledge to stay current with industry trends and technology enhancements.
