Merchandiser IMT & LMT

We are looking for a committed full-time professional to regularly visit assigned IMT and LMT stores to ensure planogram compliance and maintain adequate stock levels. This role requires close collaboration with store managers and sales representatives to support timely stock replenishment and the successful execution of promotional activities. The position involves hands-on tasks such as setting up product displays and correctly placing point-of-sale (POS) materials to enhance customer engagement. The work is conducted in person, with frequent visits to various store locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine visits to assigned IMT and LMT stores to verify that planograms are followed and stock availability meets customer demand.
- Execute promotional campaigns by arranging displays and positioning POS materials accurately according to established guidelines.
- Work closely with store managers and sales teams to coordinate stock replenishment, ensuring shelves remain well-stocked and sales opportunities are optimized.

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in retail merchandising or a related role focused on planogram compliance and inventory management.
- Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple store visits efficiently while maintaining precise records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with store personnel and sales representatives.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in an in-person, field-based work environment.
