The Merchandiser will play a vital role in planning and executing merchandising activities across United King outlets and third-party retail partners, including Branches, LMTs, and IMTs. This position focuses on ensuring product availability, optimizing product presentation, managing inventory, forecasting demand, and executing promotions. The role requires close coordination with buyers, factory teams, distributors, finance, and retail partners to support sales growth and achieve overall business objectives. Monitoring SKU performance, market trends, competitor activity, and receivables will also be key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement merchandising strategies that align with customer preferences and company goals.
- Coordinate with buyers, production teams, and distributors to finalize product quantities, delivery schedules, and pricing.
- Ensure effective product display and visual presentation across all retail outlets and partners to maximize customer engagement and sales.
- Create and maintain planograms and store layouts to optimize shelf space and product placement.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely removal of expired, damaged, or slow-moving products.
- Use historical sales data and trends to forecast demand and collaborate with factory managers to align production accordingly.
- Maintain consistent communication with factory teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Implement and monitor price adjustments, promotional strategies, markdowns, and clearance planning.
- Track and reconcile inventory records, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and system data.
- Follow up with Branches, LMTs, and IMTs for timely payment collections and escalate delays to the finance team.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to track outstanding payments, process settlements, and maintain clean receivable records.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activity, shelf performance, and customer behavior.
- Provide performance reports on SKU movement, merchandising effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support departmental and business goals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in merchandising, retail, FMCG, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of product merchandising, inventory management, planograms, and retail execution.
- Proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to analyze sales and inventory data.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external retail partners.
- Ability to conduct market visits and analyze competitor activity and market trends.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel regularly to retail outlets, LMTs, IMTs, and other market locations.
