We are looking for a qualified Merchandiser to manage the entire process from development through production, ensuring that all client quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills. Success in this role requires excellent communication abilities and advanced computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of development, from fabric selection to finished garment production.
- Ensure samples provided to buyers are 100% accurate and comply with client specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to fully understand design details and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the sampling team to produce samples that meet client expectations.
- Source and arrange all necessary accessories for production.
- Conduct pricing exercises and prepare presentations for clients.
- Maintain coordination with the production team to allocate capacity appropriately.
- Engage in customer outreach to support business development initiatives.
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure they are completed within deadlines and budget constraints.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in garment merchandising.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Flexible mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to analyze product requirements thoroughly and determine necessary inputs.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in production planning is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate innovation in work processes.

- Competitive salary, negotiable between Rs60,000 and Rs120,000 per month.
- This is a full-time position based in Lahore.
