Merchandiser

A&O Sourcing International, a Lahore-based sourcing house specializing in home textiles, supplies products to international retailers and importers. We are seeking a motivated MTO / Executive Merchandiser to oversee customer orders from development through to shipment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire merchandising process, ensuring customer orders progress smoothly from development to shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers and internal teams to meet delivery deadlines and quality expectations.
- Analyze order details and product specifications with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in textiles or a related field.
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience, ideally within the home textiles industry.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
