Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our store team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining attractive product displays, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring proper product placement. This position supports the store’s efforts to maximize sales through effective merchandising strategies and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain visually appealing and well-organized product displays to attract customers.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.
- Ensure products are placed correctly according to store guidelines and merchandising plans.
- Collaborate with store staff to support sales initiatives and promotional activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve product presentation and overall store appearance.
- Assist in tracking sales trends and customer preferences to optimize merchandising efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in merchandising or a related retail role.
- Good understanding of merchandising principles and retail operations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs30,000.
- This is an in-person position, requiring presence at the store location.
