Merchandiser

We are looking for a motivated professional with 2 to 3 years of proven experience in the manufacturing industry to join our team in Ugoki, Sialkot. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of customer relationship management. This full-time position offers a competitive salary based on experience and requires the ability to commute or relocate to Sialkot.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers using excellent verbal and written skills.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing necessary information and assistance.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, working towards timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions to foster positive relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements.
- Keep detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay informed about company policies, products, and services to provide up-to-date information.
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and address potential issues before escalation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or BS in Information Technology or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and attention to detail in documentation.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and handle customer interactions with tact and diplomacy.
- Willingness and ability to reliably commute or relocate to Sialkot.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs45,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
