General Position Summary
The Sub Engineer is overall responsible for coordination, and technical assessment at the field level. To develop the Bill of Quantities (BOQs), drawings and estimates for the rehabilitation of selected health facilities in the assigned districts. He/She will be responsible for, planning, implementation and quality control for WASH and rehabilitation activities. He/She will also lead technical Surveys/Assessments to oversee subsequent rehabilitation and construction activities and ensure work quality. To supervise the vendor/construction work and signing of completion certificates.
This position will be on roving, and the Sub-Engineer will be responsible to oversee the work within the Province/Regions of the districts, whenever required.

Diploma of Associate Engineering in Civil Engineering (DAE-Civil).
At least three - five years relevant technical planning, implementation and quality control for construction and rehabilitation activities experience preferably in NGO sector.
Excellent time management skills and knowledge of financial matters and procurement procedures will be an asset. Must be a team player.
