The Provincial Project Manager serves as ORGANIZATION's senior-most representative in Punjab and leads the implementation of the Benazir Nashonuma Programme (BNP) across 12 districts. As Provincial Lead, the post-holder is accountable for ORGANIZATION's provincial footprint, external representation, and overall project delivery - coordinating with government line departments, BISP, NADRA, UN agencies, and other stakeholders. The role ensures effective project management, staff supervision, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, budget oversight, and compliance, in line with organizational and donor standards, and acts as the primary point of escalation for provincial operations..

Experience
Proven experience managing humanitarian or development projects, ideally with UN/donor-funded programs.
