Job Description

  • —Receive, direct and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • —Assists with other related clerical duties such as but not limited to photocopying, faxing and filing.
  • —Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
  • —Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • —Responsible to align pick-up and delivery of courier services (FedEx, TCS, and DHL, etc.) and keep a record of every IN and OUT move.
  • —Assist in preparation of meetings and greet to guests.
  • —Respond to general inquiries on call and visitors too.
  • —Provide word-processing and secretarial support
  • —Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible  
  • —Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
  • —Greet, assist and/or direct students, visitors and the general public
  • —Support Sales team in Filling data manually and into CRM
  • —Followup clients and maintain the complete record of the same into CRM
