MERN Developer

We are seeking a skilled MERN Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong full-stack development expertise, particularly with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Experience with AI integration will be considered an advantage. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and user-friendly solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces alongside efficient backend services.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs to support application functionality.
- Manage database design, optimize queries, and enhance application performance.
- Implement secure coding practices, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, optimize existing codebases, and ensure high code quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new features and deliver reliable software solutions.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs as required to extend application capabilities.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in MERN stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with familiarity in TypeScript considered a plus.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB in production environments.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, database management, and application architecture principles.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git, along with debugging and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills

- Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI or Gemini is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI-powered application development.
- Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, or AI agents will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
