MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for a motivated MERN Stack Developer with 1 to 2 years of practical experience in building full-stack web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and be comfortable working on both front-end and back-end development tasks. You will become part of a dynamic development team dedicated to delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to create responsive and interactive user interfaces.
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application functionality.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and troubleshooting to maintain code quality.
- Ensure consistent delivery of projects within established deadlines.
- Utilize version control systems such as Git to manage the codebase effectively.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience working with the MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features, as well as HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle methods.
- Practical knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and AJAX for efficient data handling.
- Understanding of Git version control and basic DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage project deadlines effectively.
