Mern Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled MERN stack developer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building responsive frontend interfaces and robust backend services, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills, committed to optimizing and enhancing application performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive frontend interfaces with React.js.
- Create backend services and REST APIs utilizing Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and manage databases using MongoDB.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Utilize Git and GitHub for version control and code management.

Required Qualifications

- 1–2 years of practical experience working with the MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub.
- Knowledge of responsive web development principles and basic software development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with effective communication abilities.

Work Schedule and Location

This position follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with working hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The role requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
