MERN Stack Developer (React Native)

Webbuggs is seeking a motivated and skilled Mid-Level MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React Native to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building full-stack web applications and cross-platform mobile apps, demonstrating a solid grasp of modern JavaScript technologies. Practical experience with React Native is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for developing applications that run seamlessly on both Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Build responsive and reusable frontend components with React.js.
- Create backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases and data models.
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS.
- Integrate frontend and mobile applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling practices to ensure application security.
- Troubleshoot bugs, optimize application performance, and ensure reliability.
- Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical discussions to improve code quality.
- Manage source code using Git and adhere to established development workflows.
- Assist with mobile application builds, testing, and deployment as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in web and/or full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js.
- Good working knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
- Practical experience with MongoDB, including schema design and database queries.
- Mandatory hands-on experience developing applications with React Native.
- Understanding of mobile application navigation, state management, and responsive layouts.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous operations.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and application security fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.
- Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and third-party SDK integrations.
- Knowledge of React Native CLI or Expo frameworks.
- Familiarity with Android and iOS build processes and app deployment procedures.
- Experience with cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, or application hosting platforms.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques for both web and mobile applications.

Compensation: Rs10.00 - Rs100.00 per month
