MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities
The MERN Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. Daily tasks include building scalable APIs, implementing responsive user interfaces, integrating front-end and back-end components, and optimizing applications for performance and security. The developer will collaborate closely with designers, product teams, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality features, troubleshoot issues, and participate in code reviews and testing. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Sahiwal District.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have strong expertise in the MERN stack, including MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. Proficiency in core web development technologies such as JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design is essential. Experience with back-end development and API integration, including RESTful services, authentication/authorization, and database design, is required. Candidates should also demonstrate solid front-end engineering skills, including state management, component-based architecture, and UI/UX best practices. Strong software engineering capabilities such as version control (Git), debugging, testing, and code optimization are necessary. Effective collaboration and communication skills are important, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and clearly explain technical concepts. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
