Meta Ads Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Meta Ads Expert with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in Facebook and Instagram advertising. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to generate sales, increase revenue, and scale profitable advertising campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of how to convert ad spend into tangible business outcomes rather than just focusing on clicks or engagement metrics. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop and optimize sales-focused campaigns that deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns aimed at driving sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective advertising strategies to maximize conversions and achieve a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct thorough audience research, competitor analysis, and customer targeting to identify and reach potential buyers.
- Create, test, and refine high-converting ad creatives, copy, headlines, and offers.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance data, including conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROAS.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and other conversion tracking tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate regular reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to align advertising efforts with overall business goals.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Demonstrated success in generating actual sales and profitable results through paid advertising.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structures, retargeting, and lookalike audience targeting.
- Experience running e-commerce sales campaigns with a focus on conversion optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Proficient in A/B testing ad creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and offers to optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions to improve campaign outcomes.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary of Rs60,000.
