Meta Ads Expert

Carpe Diem is a fast-growing organization with a team of over 500 professionals serving more than 300 active clients. We are currently looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert to join our team and contribute to our continued success. This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive salary along with both short and long-term benefits. The working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns using Meta’s Andromeda and creative testing frameworks.
- Implement budget optimization strategies tailored to different campaign objectives to maximize ROI.
- Apply principles of high-performing ad creatives, including hooks, native formats, and user-generated content (UGC).
- Optimize video content for various placements such as Reels, Stories, and in-feed ads.
- Manage campaigns across specific niches including e-commerce, lead generation, and app installs.
- Utilize AI tools effectively for generating and iterating ad copy, including prompt engineering techniques to create conversion-focused content.
- Handle Meta Pixel implementation and set up Conversions API (CAPI) for accurate tracking and measurement.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in creating and managing Meta ad campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong understanding of Meta’s advertising ecosystem and tools.
- Proven ability to optimize ad budgets and improve campaign performance.
- Experience with video content optimization and creative testing.
- Familiarity with AI-driven ad copy generation and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel and Conversions API implementation.
